6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: Yes. We offer AI-powered features through Anthropic.

As part of our Services, we offer AI Products: insights, document generation, image analysis (receipt scanning), and natural language processing (voice input). These tools are powered by Anthropic's Claude. Your input and output are processed by Anthropic to deliver the AI features.

How to opt out: Log in to your account settings and update your user account, or contact us using the contact information provided. You can also simply not use the AI features (skip the narrator, voice, and scan).

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed by us and our service providers (also in the United States). We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We use row-level security on our database, HTTPS everywhere, magic-link auth (no passwords stored), and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Please contact aofaforiji@gmail.com if you become aware of any such data.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada), you have rights that allow greater access to and control over your personal information.
